Augmented reality (or AR) is an interactive experience of a real-world environment. During an AR experience, objects residing in the real world are enhanced by computer-generated perceptual information.

This information is often presented across multiple sensory modalities, including visual, auditory, haptic, somatosensory and olfactory.

Blume Honey Water’s AR invites everyone to experience the delightful energy and delicious ingredients of our waters through visual displays, interactive screens and virtual tasting videos.

These experiences and more are embedded in our AR world and accessed through a QR code tag on our bottles. Try it below!

1. Our bottles on the shelf have this QR code on a tag, but you can experience it right here, too. Open the camera on your phone and aim it at the QR code you see on this webpage.

2. If prompted, follow instructions for accessing the URL to begin the experience.

3. Otherwise, steadily point your camera at the Blume bottle you see on this webpage. (Or better yet, use an actual Blume bottle you have with you!)

4. Since AR is different than reality, the first time isn’t always smooth. Have fun with it…while aiming your camera at the bottle, move your phone towards it, away from it or turn your phone side-to-side. You’ll soon get the hang of it.
