INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Wild Blueberry

  • 1 small frozen banana

  • 1 frozen acai packet (or 1/2 cup-1 frozen berries)

  • 2-3 ice cubes

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Scoop the thick smoothie into a bowl.

  3. Decorate with your favorite toppings.


Makes 1 Serving
